These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Website and your purchase of products from us.
1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing an order through this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and other policies displayed on the Website.
These Terms constitute an electronic agreement between you and BIOMADE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED and are governed by applicable Indian laws, including, where applicable, the Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and applicable rules and regulations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Website or place an order.
2. DEFINITIONS
"Company", "we", "us" or "our" means BIOMADE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED.
"Rajmahal" means the brand under which the products are marketed and sold.

"Customer", "you" or "user" means any person accessing the Website or purchasing products from it.
"Product" or "Products" means edible oils, mustard oils, pickles and any other products offered for sale on the Website.
"Order" means a request submitted by a customer to purchase products through the Website.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE
You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order through this Website.

Product photographs are for representation purposes. Packaging, labels, colours or appearance may change from time to time without materially changing the nature of the product.
Products offered may include:
- Rajmahal Yellow Mustard Oil;
- Rajmahal Kacchi Ghani Mustard Oil;
- 1 L PET bottles and other pack sizes;
- other Rajmahal edible-oil products; and
- pickles and related food products.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
Shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before completion of the order.
Prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
A price change will not ordinarily affect an order already accepted by us, except in the case of an obvious pricing, technical or system error.
All products are subject to availability.
6. ORDERS, ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS
Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products.
An automated order acknowledgement or payment confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
An order is considered accepted once we confirm it for processing or dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where:

Where a prepaid order is cancelled by us after successful payment, the amount received for the cancelled products will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. PAYMENTS
We may accept:
- UPI;
- debit cards;
- credit cards;
- net banking;
- supported wallets;
- other payment methods made available through Razorpay; and
- Cash on Delivery, where available.
Online payments are processed through Razorpay and/or its authorised banking and payment-processing partners.
BIOMADE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED does not store customers' complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, internet-banking passwords or similar confidential payment credentials.
Payment information required for processing a transaction may be handled directly by Razorpay, banks, card networks, UPI providers or other authorised payment institutions in accordance with their respective policies.
We may receive limited transaction information including payment status, transaction reference number and payment method for reconciliation, refunds, fraud prevention and customer support.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver eligible products to serviceable locations across India.
Our normal estimated delivery period is 3-7 business days, depending on the destination, courier availability and other circumstances.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, transport disruption, strikes, festivals, government restrictions, courier delays, incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and contact number.

9. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by customers before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will ordinarily not be possible.
Damaged, Leaking or Wrong Products
As we sell edible and food products, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances including:
- damaged products;
- leaking products; or
- incorrect products being delivered.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers should provide clear photographs and, wherever reasonably available, an unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel and product as received.
Returns will not ordinarily be accepted because of change of mind, personal taste preference or after a product has been opened or substantially consumed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once an eligible refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are normally processed by us within 5-7 business days.
The actual time for the refunded amount to appear may additionally depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.
For approved COD refunds, appropriate bank or UPI details may be requested.

10. FOOD SAFETY, SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
All Rajmahal edible products should be used and stored according to the instructions printed on the product packaging.
Customers should check the applicable label for:
- batch or lot number;
- manufacture/packing date;
- best-before or expiry information;
- ingredients;
- allergen declarations, where applicable;
- nutritional information;
- storage instructions;
- net quantity;
- manufacturer/marketer details; and
- FSSAI licence details.
The actual product label shall be treated as the primary source of product-specific information.
Do not consume a product where the packaging or seal appears materially damaged, tampered with or unsafe.
Products should be consumed within the best-before/expiry period stated on their packaging.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content displayed on the Website, including the Rajmahal name, logos, trademarks, product photographs, packaging designs, graphics, text and Website materials, is owned by or licensed to BIOMADE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise stated.
No Website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or republished without prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law.
12. PROHIBITED USES
You must not use the Website:

14. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify BIOMADE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED against losses, liabilities, claims or expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Website, fraud, wilful misconduct or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not limit any statutory consumer right.

16. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fire, epidemics, war, civil disturbance, strikes, transportation disruption, government restrictions, telecommunications failures, courier disruptions or regulatory orders.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent consumer commissions and other statutory authorities, courts having competent jurisdiction at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or transactions conducted through the Website.
Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of any statutory forum or remedy available under applicable law.

We endeavour to acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours of receipt and resolve them within one month, in accordance with applicable law.
